MILLWALL REALITY BECOMES DREAM

Commenting from Old Trafford on 1-0 victory of Millwall over Sunderland to take them into Europe and the FA Cup Final for the first time in their history, Liberal Democrat London Mayoral candidate, Simon Hughes MP, said:-

"Millwall have gone from reality to dream today. This is a fantastic result for Millwall and for the whole of South East London. For the first time in the history of the club they will be both in the FA Cup Final and European competition.

"It is a tribute to the captain, coach, chairman and the fans that Millwall are now enjoying the best season in their history."
